Your Daily Adventures

The Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for owning and scaling Skill Struck’s lead generation and outbound pipeline. You will design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, improve website and funnel performance, and partner closely with Sales to drive qualified opportunities.

You will lead:

Lead generation across inbound and outbound channels
HubSpot workflows, scoring, and lifecycle optimization
Website improvements and conversion optimization
Multi-touch outbound campaigns and state-targeted outreach
Digital ad experiments to improve CAC and lead quality
Customer advocacy content such as case studies and on-site videos
Working with design to manage content requests
Thought leadership initiatives

Your Qualities & Experience

2+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B lead-gen experience
Strong proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, scoring, dashboards, reporting)
Experience running multi-channel campaigns and digital ads
Strong analytical skills to evaluate funnel metrics and improve performance
Excellent communication and project management skills
Purpose-driven, self-motivated, and tenacious
Strong communication and organization skills
