My most recent job as a Customer Support Manager for Paramount required problem-solving, communication, and technical skills. I provided direct support and trained agents to deliver the best service to our customers. Aside from creating new processes, documentation, and managing records, I had to develop databases and other systems for information management, including digital archives. I am comfortable working independently or as part of a team, as needed. I am comfortable with many systems, including Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, and other applications. What I do not know, I can learn.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and am a second-semester graduate student in the San José State University (SJSU) Master of Library and Information Science program.
