I support school leaders by lightening the load to create space for meaningful work.
For more than 15 years, I have worked across a wide spectrum of school operations - student enrollment, accreditation, policy development, compliance oversight, state reporting, project management, and so much more in between. I grew from a school registrar into a system-wide director supporting six campuses and over 4800 students, leading accreditation cycles, streamlining enrollment operations, and designing processes that brought consistency and confidence to school teams.
Today, I partner with charter, private, and career/trade schools to fix what's complicated, build what's missing, and strengthen what is already working. My work centers on three core components:
--Accreditation & Compliance - guiding schools through Cognia, ACCET, NACCAS, and state-level expectations with clear frameworks, evidence tracking, timelines, and leadership coaching.
---Systems & Process Design - transforming scattered workflows into organized, repeatable systems through documentation, policy development, central storage architecture, and operational tools.
--Enrollment & Accountability Infrastructure - helping schools improve their enrollment experience, forecast accurately, and complete FTE/state reporting confidently.
