About

Throughout my career, regardless of the role, effective technology use and strong communication have consistently been my top priorities. As a Middle School Teacher, I facilitated engaging and rigorous lessons that incorporated various elements of differentiation to ensure the success of all learners. In these lessons, clearly communicating expectations in both student and parent-friendly formats was essential to my success in the classroom. My focus on the safe, effective, and efficient use of technology while teaching laid the groundwork for my current position as an Instructional Coach of Technology.

In 2021, I leveraged my expertise in teaching—both in-person and online—to reach a broader audience through training and individual coaching sessions. I have led over 300 hours of synchronous professional development, impacting more than 1,000 educators, while also providing just-in-time asynchronous materials that offer quick support based on current trends and data. Additionally, I embraced the opportunity to spearhead various initiatives related to Educational Technology and Artificial Intelligence. Most notably, I helped lead the development, revision, and publication of districtwide AI Guidelines for both students and staff. This initiative was complemented by the adoption of a K-12 Enterprise AI program, which involved leading a districtwide pilot, gathering feedback, analyzing data trends, making informed decisions on the final product, and conducting all onboarding tasks (trainings, help guides, coaching, etc.).

As I explore opportunities beyond education, I am confident that my skills in training and development, communication, and classroom technology integration make me a perfect fit for a role within your company. My time in education has equipped me to be an adaptable, collaborative, and enthusiastic teammate, ready to learn and tackle any challenges that come my way.
