I am a certified Secondary (7-12) English Language Arts and K-8 Elementary Education teacher in the state of New Jersey. I also possess a total of eighteen years of experience in sales, customer success, onboarding, and training in the educational content/technology space. I am currently seeking a remote account management, customer success, or training role with a company that provides products, software, and/or services to one or more of the following: K-12 schools, academic institutions, and public libraries. I'm an articulate writer and public speaker who would be grateful for an opportunity to showcase those skills in a role that involves supporting schools and libraries.
