My name is Carlos Taboas, a seasoned professional with a versatile background in Education Management specializing International Sales, Strategy, Business Development and B2B Partnerships. Since 2010, I have delivered complex educational services across Americas, EMEA and Asia for K-12, Boarding & International Schools, International Pathways, Universities, EdTech and most recently with Summer
Internship providers.
With a long-standing record of identifying new business opportunities, building competitive advantage through unique value propositions, and generating revenue growth across multiple channels and regions, throughout my career I have specialized in executing sales and marketing strategies by building key client relationships and launching successful partnerships. My roles at InvestIN Education, Alpha Plus Group and Kaplan International made me a confident decision maker with strong negotiation, strategic, team leader, adaptive, interpersonal, communication and cross collaboration skills across the internal team, external business partners and clients.
In the last three years, I have focused on creating and implementing a 3-year international recruitment strategy, building a scalable B2B channel and heading an international partnerships team across the international education industry with a focus in the secondary school and higher education sectors for a UK education startup. Transferring my skills into Internships and Work Experience environment has allowed me to build on my innovative thinking, agility and ability to creative problem solving, answering the international market needs for business partners and the new generation of learners.
I have recently taken a short career break and I am now looking for the next step in my professional career leveraging my skills and experience in the education industry with a focus on sales and partnerships representing an Ed Tech provider.
