I’m a Sales & Solutions Consultant and Founder with over 17 years of experience helping organizations connect people, process, and technology to scale with purpose. As a woman of African descent and believer, my approach is grounded in faith, empathy, and authentic human connection — because I’ve learned that true, sustainable growth begins with understanding people.
My background spans education leadership, business consulting, and technology integration, where I’ve led CRM and LMS implementations, optimized workflows, and developed proposals for city and education projects. I have a proven track record of increasing efficiency, engagement, and revenue through strategic systems design and relationship-centered leadership — including more than doubling enrollment at a private Montessori school through CRM and marketing innovation.
I believe empathy is the cornerstone of leadership. As a former collegiate cheerleader and lifelong motivator, I bring positivity, and a coaching mindset that uplifts teams and inspires collaboration. Whether leading a project rollout, consulting with clients, or training educators, I focus on building trust, inspiring performance, and helping others reach their full potential.
Today, I’m channeling that same passion into EdTech Sales Engineering, helping schools and organizations bridge education and innovation through CRM, SaaS, and scalable digital learning solutions.
