I am an experienced education leader with over 20 years in K–12, including roles as Assistant Principal, Program Specialist, Dean of Students, and Adjunct Professor. My expertise lies in implementing and managing educational technology platforms, training stakeholders, and leading compliance and process improvement initiatives. While serving as Program Specialist for PowerSchool Special Programs, I led districtwide system rollouts, built workflows to improve accuracy, and developed training that increased adoption and compliance across multiple schools.
In my current role as Assistant Principal, I manage schoolwide technology integration, design professional development for administrators and teachers, and oversee data-driven initiatives that improve academic outcomes. Recognized as Teacher of the Year and trusted as a leader in project management and instructional systems, I bring a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and ensure successful technology adoption.
I am seeking to transition into an EdTech Implementation or Program Management role where I can apply my leadership, training, and systems expertise to support schools and organizations in leveraging technology effectively.
