Throughout my eight years of experience in at Pearson, I evolved into the professional I am today through the various roles I’ve held. In my most recent role, I consistently implemented timely SaaS (software as a service) deliveries. I accomplished this through developing trusting relationships with customers, third-party partners, and sales representatives through effective problem solving. I work well with multiple different stakeholders and have effective communication and presentation skills with customers, peers, supervisors, and executives. My work has also ensured successful implementation of processes and initiatives to meet goals and transitioning to digital products.
