I have successfully managed classrooms in general education and special education settings. I actually prefer to work with the students with special needs, as I do not want them to, 'fall through the cracks." I want to be able to have them build on their abilities and create new ones that they did not know they have.

I thrive on helping students overcome learning struggles. I truly empathize with them and want them to be successful in their academic settings. I have my bachelor's, master's and ESL certifications, as well as my certification as a Reading Specialist.
