I am a strategic and results-driven educator and learning leader with over a decade of experience in instructional leadership, curriculum design, and talent development. Throughout my career, I’ve designed and facilitated professional learning programs, mentored educators, and implemented data-informed strategies that strengthen both teaching practice and student outcomes. In my current role as an Instructional Team Leader with Howard County Public Schools, I lead cross-functional teams, coach new and experienced teachers, and ensure instructional alignment with state standards. My background spans special education, ESL instruction, and STEM program development, and I take pride in fostering student achievement, promoting educational equity, and building strong, collaborative school communities. I also bring expertise in project management, HR compliance, and training design from my prior work in corporate settings, which gives me a unique perspective on leadership and professional growth.
