About
With a passion for education and personal growth, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction at the National University, exploring the latest theories and practices in the field. I hold a Master's in Special Education from Regis University and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from the same institution.
Before enrolling in the doctoral program, I worked as a special education specialist, a mentor, and a data and assessment facilitator at Westminster Public Schools, where I developed and delivered personalized learning plans, monitored and analyzed student progress, and supported the professional development of my peers. I honed my skills in one-on-one instruction, lesson planning, elementary education, and data management while demonstrating effective communication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. I aim to apply my practical experience and theoretical knowledge to improve the quality and equity of education for all learners.
