About
I’m passionate about leveraging data, coaching, and creativity to support both teachers and students, and I’m excited to bring that mindset to new opportunities in education leadership, edtech, or mission-driven innovation.
As Principal of Incarnation School in New York City, I led initiatives that elevated instructional quality, strengthened school culture, and advanced student outcomes. I launched a comprehensive academic coaching program and implemented data-informed assessment cycles using tools like NWEA MAP, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I also founded the Bridge to Kindergarten program, an innovative summer initiative that boosts early literacy and school readiness for our youngest learners.
I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Notre Dame, where I developed a deep commitment to systems-level thinking and values-driven leadership. I apply that foundation to empower educators, design sustainable programs, and cultivate collaborative, equity-focused school communities.
