About
Hi EdTechTeam,
I want to utilize my leadership and retention skills honed from the Google Workspace for Education Renewals Account Representative position I hold; the principles beheld of a Differentiated Instruction based teacher (from my previous career as a lower elementary classroom teacher); and community leader positions (I was selected for), to expand customer bases, customer success, and increase retention rates. It is in the DNA of my principles to be a catalyst to empowering classroom teachers with differentiated instruction and progress monitoring tools that help them meet the student’s interest and focus level as well as aid teachers with student management capabilities. Interest plus focus equals learning.
A handful of years ago, I closed the chapter on my classroom era—a time filled with creativity, connection, and countless memories—and stepped into something entirely new: a role with Google Workspace for Education Renewals at Carahsoft.
My position here at Carahsoft has many parts, but in the education solutions consultant component, I empower educators to create dynamic learning environments by integrating interactive technology into classrooms. In this role, I collaborate with schools and districts to tailor instructional technology solutions that align with their goals, deliver impactful training sessions and professional development, and support seamless onboarding and implementation processes. I also work to ensure that Carahsoft resources are aligned with instructional strategies, helping educators maximize their effectiveness.
Leaving the classroom wasn’t an easy decision. It was an era of life where I poured my heart into students, learned resilience, and embraced every challenge head-on. But as that chapter came to a close, I realized my next era was about something bigger—helping educators everywhere rediscover the joy of teaching.
In this new role, I look forward to collaborating with schools and leaders to transform how they teach, learn, and connect. From energizing professional development sessions to making classrooms more engaging with interactive tools, it will be incredible to support educators in simplifying their workload and focusing on what matters most: their love for teaching.
Each era builds on the last, and I’m so grateful for the lessons the classroom taught me. Now, I’m excited to bring that passion and perspective to a broader audience.
Please advise if you’re able to direct me accordingly so I can do my due diligence to all but assure an interview.
Thank you,
Greg Palmersheim
