About
Education leader, program builder, and curriculum designer with experience spanning K–12 education, higher education, and adult professional learning. Currently serving in a leadership role at a community college, where I have led the design, launch, and coordination of educator preparation and professional development initiatives, including partnership-based programs connecting K–12 districts, higher education institutions, and community stakeholders. My background includes classroom teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum development, and facilitation of professional learning for educators and adult learners.
I am known for translating complex research, policy, and instructional frameworks into clear, actionable programs and learning experiences. My work emphasizes systems thinking, strategic planning, and ethical leadership, with a strong focus on building sustainable programs, supporting educator growth, and expanding access to high-quality learning pathways. I bring a research-informed, learner-centered approach to program development, collaboration, and leadership across educational contexts.
