Hello! I'm a relationship-centered, mission-driven career mobility professional with higher education leadership, customer success, and HR/Recruiting experience. I have an extensive cross-functional profile including strategic collaboration with multiple units on and off-campus. I possess a strong DEI focus and a deep commitment to equitable workforce development initiatives, upskilling programs, and bridging the gap between education and employment for all.

As a client-centered advocate for learners, I bring a consultative mindset to my interactions with both hiring organizations and job seekers. On a day-to-day basis, I’m a teacher, counselor, workforce professional, leader, mentor, career coach and encourager. I strive to make a positive impact within my defined roles, and to add consistent value to organizational stakeholders at all levels. I've had the unique opportunity to propose, develop, staff, and scale new academic and student enrichment programs.

I am the recipient of numerous School of Business and university-wide awards and am proud of my consistent track record for exceeding client expectations. I thrive, and help others thrive, in supportive and inclusive environments.

I'm a proud resident of Kansas City and spend a significant amount of time in Denver. Outside of work, I enjoy contributing to my community as a volunteer. As a deeply curious person who loves to learn, I enjoy reading and listening to a diverse range of podcasts.
