Joseph Baca, a proud New Mexico native, has dedicated his career to education and fostering positive environments for growth and success. With a Bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University and a Master’s degree with distinction from Arizona State University, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his work.
Joseph began his career as an Elementary Music Teacher, inspiring creativity and confidence in his students. He then served as a Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) Specialist, where he focused on creating safe, supportive, and equitable learning spaces.
Currently, Joseph is the Employee Well-being Specialist for the Isaac School District in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, he champions the health and well-being of staff, recognizing its critical impact on the overall success of schools and students. Joseph’s work integrates research-driven strategies with practical implementation to enhance workplace culture and improve student outcomes.
