I have most recently been managing a portfolio of 15+ top-ranking Higher Education clients (servicing online degrees + certifications). I oversaw executive partner relations, post-sales onboarding and implementation, learner and outcomes data analyses, continuous improvement planning, and product delivery from our various in-house and vendor production teams.
Personally, I enjoy the "very human” puzzle of navigating between client and business needs. It's why I've found the most joy and impact in Program + Partner Management positions.
