About
I’m a K–12 student-support and systems leader with 15+ years building equitable, data-informed programs across large districts and national nonprofits. I connect policy, practice, and people—standing up MTSS/SEL frameworks, strengthening Section 504 processes, and coaching teams so supports show up where students feel them: in classrooms, counseling offices, and families’ daily lives.
I translate evidence into action: aligning teams, setting clear metrics, and turning complex operations into simple playbooks, PD, and routines that stick. I partner easily across central office, school leaders, and community providers—and, when technology is part of the solution, I help teams ensure tools fit real workflows, protect privacy, and drive adoption.
I partner with Product and Research to design evidence-informed pilots (ESSA-aligned), define success metrics, and translate findings into clear playbooks and PD that drive adoption. With Customer Success and Partnerships, I decode district buying cycles, RFPs, and funding pathways, then build rollout plans that improve fidelity, reduce support tickets, and boost renewals/expansion. My background leading cross-functional student-support teams means I speak “district” fluently—turning qualitative feedback and operational data into product improvements and measurable impact for students.
Focus areas: MTSS/SEL implementation at scale • District partnerships & go-to-market support • Efficacy & impact measurement • Change management & professional learning • Data privacy & interoperability • Stakeholder coaching and coalition-building.
