I’m an experienced educator, instructional leader, and curriculum strategist with over eight years of success in K–12 environments. My work has always centered on building systems that support student achievement and adult learning, whether through leading grade-level teams, designing professional development, or coaching teachers in high-impact instructional practices.

In my previous roles at schools such as KIPP Durham and Maureen Joy Charter School, I’ve developed and implemented curriculum, facilitated data-driven planning, and led school-wide initiatives that've improved both culture and academic outcomes. As a team lead, I’ve coached educators, launched onboarding systems, and helped build collaborative, equity-focused learning communities.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend big-picture vision with detailed execution. I’m passionate about making education more effective, sustainable, and innovative, and I bring that lens to everything I do. I’m now applying these skills in the edtech and learning design space, where I’m excited to help build tools, programs, and experiences that move learning forward at scale.
