About
I’m a program and learning leader who builds systems that make growth, access, and capability real. Over the past decade, I’ve designed and scaled education and enablement programs across complex, multi-site environments, translating messy real-world needs into clear tools, workflows, and learning experiences that people can actually use. My work sits at the intersection of program execution, learning design, and data-informed improvement—building the structures that help teams operate more effectively and individuals move forward.
I’m especially motivated by work that expands access to opportunity and strengthens how organizations support people at scale. I’ve led pilots from concept to sustained implementation, built tracking and feedback systems to surface gaps and guide decisions, and created facilitator enablement resources that improve consistency and quality. I care deeply about psychological safety, practical design, and outcomes—closing the gap between good intentions and what actually works in practice.
I’m now exploring roles where I can contribute at a broader organizational level—partnering across teams, designing learning and enablement strategies, and building durable systems that help people grow and succeed.
