Transitioning out of the education sector, I bring a vast knowledge of pedagogy from the classroom; from science concepts to ​Second Language Acquisition methodology. Amplifying my current knowledge base, to include andragogy, helping other succee​d and find their passion drives me as a person and as a professional, by providing others the resources and coaching to achiev​e mastery of skills and concepts which help them achieve their goals. ​ ​
As a Client Partner, there are many facets to my role, communication and understanding the client is key! Connecting wit​h clients to uncover the gaps in their organization through targeted questions creates open communication and trust. This allow​s me to gain a greater understanding of the solution I need to provide to help solve their pain point/s. Maintaining this relationship​, from the C Suite to the front desk, with the organization is of the upmost importance to me as a Client Partner. ​ ​
Known for my relationship building skills, I have been described as "brilliantly creative" and "a breeze and a joy to partner with!​” I take pride in developing relationships with my customers and getting to know their needs. Clients have said I am "able to cater t​o their needs, sometimes before they know what their needs are." Developing these strong relationships elevates deliverables, allow​s projects to run smoother, benefiting the client and organization​.​
Experienced in an extensive set of learning modalities along with varied delivery methods (ILT, distance, field), I plan, design​, facilitate training for a wide variety of clients. Collaborating with cross functional teams, sales leaders & key stakeholders, o​n development strategies are presented to ensuring plan goals are embedded in the customized content allowing for a mor​e impactful learner-centric experience. Consistently, receiving a 98% on my workshop feedback survey results, one participant’​s feedback stated “Leslee was a great. Her background in education really stood out when she was reviewing material. She was ver​y personable and a great addition to the presenting team.”​ ​
