I’ve served as a grade-level team leader, mentored new teachers, and participated in school-wide initiatives focused on learning strategies, methods of instruction, and academic excellence. I take pride in building strong relationships with students and families and being a positive, collaborative contributor in my school community.

I am a dedicated middle school educator with 10 years of teaching experience and a Literacy Endorsement that reflects my commitment to supporting students’ reading and writing development across all content areas. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive, student-centered classroom where all learners feel valued, challenged, and empowered to grow. I have designed and implemented engaging, differentiated lessons that meet diverse learning needs and align with state standards. I have led literacy interventions that helped improve reading scores, supported English Language Learners and students with IEPs, and collaborated closely with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular literacy strategies.
