I am an education professional with over five years of experience. I currently serve as a Professional Development and Assessment Coordinator at Zion Elementary School District 6. My passion lies in using data to drive instructional improvement and developing effective professional development programs that enhance teaching practices. I coordinate and manage PreK-8 assessments and ensure compliance with state standards, all while supporting educators in meeting certification requirements.

Throughout my career, I’ve leveraged data to support student growth and help educators make informed decisions in the classroom. As a former classroom teacher, I worked closely with students and families, using tailored instruction and assessment data to improve learning outcomes, especially in virtual learning environments.

I always seek opportunities to grow professionally and collaborate on initiatives that positively impact students and educators. I am deeply committed to my current role and to continually finding innovative ways to support our district’s goals.
