Since 2015, I’ve taught 7th grade math at Magnolia Junior High, where I’ve led high-impact instruction and cross-functional collaboration focused on student success. My work has included analyzing performance data to drive decision-making, designing scalable curriculum and intervention strategies, and aligning team efforts to meet shared goals.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong foundation in facilitation, communication, and process improvement — always with an emphasis on clarity, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. I bring a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement to every project. I’m especially skilled in developing scalable systems, facilitating learning, and ensuring clarity across teams and initiatives.
