About
Dynamic Leadership Development Specialist, and Performance Coach with
12+ years in designing, facilitating, and managing global (7+ countries - UK
Europe, Middle East), scalable leadership programs in small, medium, and
large companies including high-growth companies.
After starting my career working as a change consultant in larger companies
(e.g., Tate & Lyle, Allegis, Oxford University Press, Spire Healthcare), since
2022 I’ve helped organisations like GLOMACS and Oxford Management
Centre (high-growth start-ups in leadership education), to scale immersive
programs for 300+ leaders, 19 leadership accelerators, achieving 4.7/5 feed
back ratings and 94% adoption rates. I've coached, trained, and advised
managers and leaders leading large projects including scale-ups, digital
transformations, and culture change.
With an educational background in Organisational Psychology (BSc) I’m a
natural storyteller and connector, and habitually use research (i.e., academic
papers, consultancy publications), and data insights to coach leaders at all
levels. Over the last 3 years I’ve facilitated 19 immersive workshops (500+
hours - 300+ leaders in-person/virtual) on adaptive leadership, critical think
ing, and influence, while analysing survey data to refine programs.
With certifications in PROSCI (ADKAR), Agile, and Coaching, plus experience in tools
like O365, LMS platforms, and dashboards, I’m drawn towards creating high
performing culture-defining teams.
My work in fast-paced, tech-enabled transformations (e.g., SAP rollouts, digital learning) has prepared me to thrive in a curious, growth-oriented startup
culture, building inclusive teams and embedding skills, and mindset to drive
performance-enhancing behaviour that lasts.
