About
I am an education and innovation leader with over 15 years of experience designing, scaling, and leading transformative learning initiatives across K–12, higher education, and EdTech. My work bridges learning science, product strategy, and equity—helping organizations turn research and vision into practical, scalable solutions that improve outcomes for students and educators alike.
As Chief Academic and Innovation Officer at Step Up Tutoring, I built cross-sector partnerships with Arizona State University and The Annenberg Foundation to deliver an evidence-based tutoring program that quadrupled student math gains. At Summit Public Schools, I directed curriculum development and supported product strategy for the Personalized Learning Platform, collaborating with engineers, educators, and researchers to enhance engagement for 50,000+ students.
A first-generation college graduate and Stanford Upward Bound alumna, I’m deeply committed to creating pathways that expand access and opportunity. I bring expertise in program design, curriculum development, digital learning innovation, and cross-functional leadership—with a passion for building ecosystems where technology and humanity work hand in hand to advance educational equity.
