About
As a dedicated higher education professional with over 8 years of experience, I specialize in delivering both in-person and online instruction, curriculum development, and program coordination. I have experience in the fields of interior architecture, design communication, and healthcare design, and I bring a strong background in project management, digital learning, and instructional design.
In my previous role as a Lecturer at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, I managed the curriculum for my courses for the Interior Architecture and Design program. My responsibilities included designing courses, collaboratively managing accreditation processes, coordinating internships, and maintaining standards for professional accreditation. I thrived in fast-paced environments and successfully taught a wide variety of design and technical courses, including foundational design studios, Autodesk Revit, and Adobe CC courses.
Technologically savvy, I am proficient in tools such as the Autodesk Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas. I utilized these tools to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and foster collaboration within my teams. Additionally, I am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
I am actively pursuing a Professional Certificate in Digital Learning and Instructional Design, with a focus on creating engaging, learner-centered content. I am excited about opportunities to apply my skills in remote, dynamic environments where I can contribute to meaningful projects and support organizational growth.
