After years as an elementary educator, I am transitioning into a Customer Success Manager role where I can leverage my strengths in relationship building, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement at scale.
As a teacher, I managed diverse needs daily - supporting students, collaborating with parents, coordinating with administrators, and adapting quickly to challenges. I became skilled at many different tasks within this position.
Customer Success is a natural evolution of this work. Instead of supporting a classroom of students, I am excited to support a portfolio of clients - ensuring adoption, retention, satisfaction, and a long-term partnership.
I am particularly drawn to organizations that value long-term impact, customer education, and relationship-driven growth.
