About

Director of Admissions and Academic Program Management with over five years’ experience
progressing from academic coordination into product ownership and institutional operations
leadership within online higher education. My role has expanded over time to include responsibility
for admissions processes, academic programme delivery, and the design and operation of digital
systems supporting the full student lifecycle.
I work across academic operations, admissions, and educational technology, translating institutional
requirements (including accreditation and policy frameworks) into practical systems and workflows. I
hold a Master’s degree in Project Management and have led the deployment of LMS and SIS
platforms used by applicants, students, faculty, and administrative staff. My work has focused on
reducing manual administrative processes, improving data consistency, and supporting access to
inclusive online learning, alongside ongoing community engagement in digital skills education.
