About
I’m Morgan Atkins, a dedicated and passionate elementary educator with a strong background in math and science instruction. I hold a Master’s in Elementary and Special Education and a Bachelor’s in Speech Pathology with a minor in Family and Child Studies.
Over the past several years, I’ve taught 2nd and 5th grade, designing engaging lessons that help students build confidence and meet academic goals. I currently teach 5th grade math and science at Cypress Springs Elementary.
My professional strengths include classroom management, differentiated instruction, assessment and feedback, communication, and collaboration. I’m also actively involved in my school community through coaching cheer and teaching summer school.
As a Content Leader Certified teacher, I’m committed to continuous growth, mentoring peers, and fostering a classroom culture that encourages curiosity, respect, and lifelong learning.
