Hello! I'm Nia Ricks, a passionate and curious Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with hands-on experience in a variety of QA tools and methodologies. I’m proficient in using Webdriver IO for automated testing, JIRA for bug tracking and project management, and Postman for API testing. I’ve worked on projects ranging from web applications to mobile platforms, where I identified key usability issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
