With over a decade of experience supporting first-generation and underserved students, I bring a mission-driven approach to data and customer success in education. As a college counselor and program lead, I’ve guided thousands of students through complex processes like college applications, financial aid, and scholarship access—while simultaneously managing stakeholder relationships and tracking key student data to drive outcomes.
My background includes creating scalable systems for referrals, implementing outreach strategies based on student needs, and analyzing engagement data to tailor support. Whether leading FAFSA workshops, managing communication pipelines, or collaborating with school partners, I’ve always balanced empathy with efficiency to ensure high-touch, high-impact service.
Now pivoting into EdTech, I’m excited to bring my strengths in data-informed decision making, student-centered service, and relationship management to a customer success or data operations role. My goal is to help EdTech companies better serve their users—especially those in underrepresented communities—through thoughtful insights, responsive support, and a deep understanding of the education landscape.
