About
I work at the intersection of technology, data, and inclusive education, helping organisations turn complex user needs and messy information into systems and programmes that actually work.
My background spans software development, technical leadership, and programme delivery. I’m particularly strong at bridging technical and non-technical worlds: understanding users and stakeholders, shaping realistic roadmaps and budgets, and designing systems and data flows that support clear decision-making and real-world delivery.
With an MA in Music Education and experience leading national programmes, I’ve designed and built practical technology-enabled approaches for data collection, reporting, and evidencing impact across music hubs, schools, and partners. This work has directly supported increased access to inclusive music-making, particularly through accessible instruments and assistive technology.
Alongside this, I’ve worked as a software developer and technical lead on commercial digital products, building reliable, scalable systems and leading cross-functional teams across engineering, test, product, and client stakeholders.
I’m motivated by roles where technology, data, and delivery come together, and where inclusive, psychologically safe teams are valued as highly as outcomes.
I’m comfortable working hands-on in code and data where it adds value, particularly around system design, integration, and analytics workflows.
UK-based, with C1 Swedish. Open to remote or hybrid roles, particularly within inclusive education, EdTech, and impact-driven technology.
