I’m a program and learning-operations leader who loves building the systems that make learning experiences consistently excellent—especially in fast-moving, mission-driven education and EdTech environments.
At Merit America, I worked at the intersection of program design and operational delivery: leading learner experience optimization through engagement analytics, launching MVP-first program models, and building quality standards that help teams deliver at a high bar. I’ve also owned a GenAI-enabled MVP (Gemini + Google Apps Script) to streamline workflows and improve key learner outcomes like on-time completion and retention.
A core theme in my work is supporting the people who support learners. I’ve managed and enabled teams of coaches/experts with different backgrounds—setting clear guardrails, building rubrics and evaluation guidelines, creating feedback systems (including a CustomGPT workflow), and establishing the operating rhythms that keep delivery consistent across cohorts.
I’m most excited by roles in Program Success, Talent Operations (instructors/mentors/coaches), Program Strategy, and Learning Operations—where I can combine data-driven decision-making with strong execution, empathy for adult learners, and a builder mindset.
