My journey in learning and development (L&D) began as an "accidental" training specialist, and I fell in love with the role and the potential to make a positive impact. Over the years, I've gained expertise in various areas of L&D from training and coaching to software rollouts and knowledge management to instructional design using e-learning tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Animaker.
A recent achievement I am proud of is creating a comprehensive curriculum to train over 125 new hires globally on internal systems. Through virtual-led training, engaging videos, and interactive guides, I support learners in successfully navigating and utilizing the company's internal resources. My commitment to continuous improvement is evident in my collaboration with leaders and key stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement, utilizing data-driven insights.
