I have over 20 years of experience working within the learning technology sector. My background includes both technical and customer-facing roles. I’ve been working remotely since 2005 and consider myself a self-starter who can self-regulate my priorities without supervision. I’m a very creative, lateral thinker who works outside the box with strong visual, communication and problem-solving skills. I enjoy work like a complex puzzle, and once I start, I find it very difficult to stop until it's resolved.
My skillset is expansive covering learning content development, learning technology architecture and L&D team/customer liaison. I am also mindful of customer needs and actively explore new innovations to present efficiencies and further product stickiness for my customers consideration.
