I look forward to bringing my unique energy and love for problem-solving, team building, and staff care to a new adventure! I am seeking a position in which I can utilize my extensive training in mediation and expert rapport building skills to transform employee experiences for improved work satisfaction, wellness, and purpose. I create well-planned and executed projects in employee learning and development and staffing placement, and have seen how when this is done right, an entire work environment can be elevated to increase staff retention, grow companies, and create positive productivity metrics.
To further secure the toolkit I will bring to the table, I have been approved through PMI to sit for the PMP exam on July 20, 2024, and I am currently studying two courses for at least two hours each night.
