I have spent 12 plus years in SaaS B2C ed tech start up and have been a small business owner in the education space. I am passionate about education and looking to widen my horizon by working for a B2B company. I am mostly applying for Customer Success roles although I have expertise in platform adoption by teachers, user experience and improvement in student learning. I am a team player willing to work in various areas of the company, I am adaptive and learning new skills keeps me motivated. One of my biggest achievements has been to train more than 300 teachers across the world to use an ed tech platform and provide them to earn an income from home. I am proud of my contribution to AI development on Thinkster Learning's platform.
