I’m an experienced and passionate education leader with over 15 years of success in K–12 school administration, curriculum development, and instructional design. Throughout my career, I’ve led transformational change across diverse school communities—domestically and internationally—by developing inclusive programs, driving student-centered innovation, and fostering high-performing, collaborative teams.
I specialize in building and optimizing academic programs that support all learners, including students with special needs, gifted students, and English language learners. My work has spanned strategic planning, technology integration, professional development, compliance with special education laws, and improving instructional outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
As a principal, I’ve managed large-scale school operations, designed professional learning systems, and mentored emerging leaders. In my earlier roles, I also served as an instructional systems specialist and educational technologist—building deep expertise in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and the development of multimedia content for both students and educators.
