I am a seasoned educator and curriculum specialist with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional design. I hold a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology. Throughout my career, I have excelled in creating innovative and effective educational programs. At the APEX Museum, I help to research, as well as presented historical curriculum content for diverse audiences. As Co-Director and Lead Performance Coordinator for Anointed in Motion, I designed an award-winning dance curriculum and implemented research-based practices focusing on metacognition.
In my current role as a Second Grade Virtual STEAM Educator at Georgia Cyber Academy, I have pioneered initiatives to create a comprehensive virtual asynchronous curriculum, integrating differentiated enrichment, remediation resources, and gamified learning experiences.
