We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who’s passionate about education and energized by purpose-driven work. If you're a natural connector who thrives in conversations with school decision-makers and loves the challenge of closing meaningful, high-impact deals - this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to signed agreements—with K-8 schools, districts, and education professionals.
Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities using strategic territory planning and education trends.
Engage key stakeholders including principals, counselors, SEL coordinators, and district leaders.
Deliver compelling product demos that showcase how GrowthMinded helps meet SEL goals without overwhelming staff.
Collaborate with Sales Ops to refine outbound campaigns and improve lead conversion.
Track pipeline progress and keep detailed notes in HubSpot CRM.
Partner with marketing and leadership to fine-tune messaging, offers, and outreach tactics for greater impact.

What You Bring

Sales experience, ideally in education, edtech, or professional development services.
A strong understanding of K-8 education, especially frameworks like SEL, MTSS, or school counseling.
Proven experience selling to schools and districts, with an ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Confidence on Zoom—comfortable presenting to both individual educators and district teams with clarity and persuasion.
Proficiency in email outreach and follow-up, including writing personalized, effective messages tailored to each role and context.
Familiarity with CRM platforms—HubSpot is a plus.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and ops teams.
Adaptability, curiosity, and a self-starter attitude—comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation:

Independent-contractor role / hourly

Part-time hours with opportunity to grow to full-time hours

+ earn commission.
