The Opportunity

We seek a Growth Marketer passionate about using technology and innovation to transform education. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and a deep understanding of data analytics and consumer behavior will drive our growth and expand our reach. This role is pivotal as Learnable prepares to scale operations and significantly impact the e-learning industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and customer success objectives.
Lead SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing efforts to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Represent Learnable in various forums, including industry conferences and events, to promote our vision and solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in the EdTech or e-learning industries.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Creative and strategic thinker with a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and driving towards common goals.
Alignment with Learnable's mission and commitment to transforming education through technology.

Compensation
