Summary

Senior Manager responsible for overseeing IT program management initiatives and driving digital transformation projects at Cambium Learning Group. This role ensures strategic alignment of IT programs with business objectives and delivers measurable value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manages portfolio of IT programs, coordinates cross-functional teams, and oversees project delivery from planning through completion. Monitors program performance, mitigates risks, and ensures compliance with organizational standards and timelines.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in program management methodologies (PMI, Agile), IT project lifecycle management, and stakeholder communication. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with ability to manage complex technical initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of IT program/project management experience. PMP or similar certification preferred with demonstrated success managing large-scale IT initiatives.
