Compensation: $170000 - $215000 / Annually

As the Healthcare Consulting Director in Workforce, you will:
- Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments.
- Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 + years of consulting and/or performance improvement healthcare experience with a focus on workforce
- Relevant hospital operations experience managing department and/or team-based projects with a focus on process re-engineering/performance improvement initiatives and change management within workforce, AND/OR
- Project leadership and project-plan management experience within a consulting firm setting with a focus on workforce management,
- Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 80% (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
- Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- US Work Authorization required
Preferences:
- Specific experience in cost and expense management within administrative and corporate functions
- Expertise managing cost structuresand improving operational workflows within post-acute settings
- Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment

The estimated base salary range for this job is $170,000 - $215,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $212,500 - $290,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
