Role Snapshot
The Senior Manager of Project Management leads the Systems Integration team in Phoenix, overseeing complex Audio/Visual projects while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the office.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor and support project managers, coordinate communications, ensure project quality and client satisfaction, manage local operations, conduct performance reviews, and drive successful execution of integration projects from purchase order through completion.
Skills & Tools: 4-6 years of AV project management experience, strong communication and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferred PMP and CTS certifications.
Qualifications: Management experience with high-functioning teams, ability to handle escalated situations professionally, and proven track record in leading project management teams.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: $90K–$135K/yr
