Role Snapshot
Senior Solution Deployment Manager at Docebo responsible for onboarding and managing Enterprise customers to their AI-powered learning platform. This role ensures successful implementation while managing multiple concurrent projects and maintaining alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding for multiple Enterprise customers, develop and monitor implementation schedules, and document service engagement activities. Identify success criteria, facilitate technical specifications, prevent/communicate risks, and ensure projects stay within budget and utilization targets.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and IT service implementation experience with knowledge of application programming, consulting processes, and technical documentation. Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities with a natural inclination toward becoming a product expert.
Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, IT service implementation, or related roles with background in e-learning or enterprise software implementation. Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial.

Compensation: $90K–$130K/yr
