Role Snapshot
Lead the vision and strategy for Carnegie Learning's Literacy/ELA product line as Director of Product Management, mentoring a team while collaborating across departments to deliver impactful EdTech solutions for teachers and students.
Key Responsibilities: Craft multi-year product strategy and roadmap, mentor team members, partner with Engineering/UX/Marketing/Sales teams, conduct market discovery, and monitor key metrics like adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction to inform product decisions.
Skills & Tools: Strategic thinking, product strategy development, team leadership and mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, customer discovery, and strong communication skills paired with passion for education and literacy improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or related field; 7–10 years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech or SaaS; advanced degree is preferred.
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Compensation: $120K–$135K/yr
