Role Snapshot

Learner Success Advocate role at Penn Foster Group supports and guides learners through their educational journey in a hybrid environment based in Chandler, AZ, with focus on enhancing program persistence and completion rates.

Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized outreach and support to learners through omni-channel digital and phone support tools, manage learner caseloads, conduct data-driven interventions for at-risk learners, and collaborate with education teams on program guidance and scheduling.
Skills & Tools: Strong customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to perform 8 hours of daily computer work, and adeptness with digital support technologies; preferred skills include call center operations (Five9), Ada chatbot, and Microsoft Dynamics experience.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in customer service; Associate's degree is preferred.
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Compensation: $20/hr
