Role Snapshot
The Contract Specialist manages the full lifecycle of enterprise-wide contracts for Strategic Education, ensuring compliance, timely renewals, and seamless collaboration across internal teams. This role supports the contracts team in maintaining accurate documentation and improving contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts from negotiation through execution, monitor contract status and renewals, maintain documentation and reporting, and respond to internal business inquiries. Support contract management software operations, develop improved processes and templates, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Coupa, Docusign, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and excellent written and oral communication. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to handle confidential information professionally, and capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in contracts administration or legal support in a dynamic environment preferred.

Compensation: $83Kβ$124K/yr
